1. Scope of Services & No-Refund Disclaimer

We offer Vastu, Astrology, Matrimony, Pundit-booking and related consultations (“Services”).
Because these Services are knowledge-based and satisfaction is inherently subjective, all fees are non-refundable once a Service has been fully or partially delivered, irrespective of gender or circumstances.

2. Data Storage & Hosting Dependencies

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and protected by Cloudflare. While we employ reasonable safeguards, any breach stemming from those third-party providers is beyond our direct control. We deliberately avoid storing sensitive data on our web server. Instead, user details are received via encrypted WhatsApp messages, which are stored and backed up in Google services.

• Birth details (date, time, place of birth)
• Payment information (UPI ID, bank reference, transaction IDs)
• Internet Protocol (IP) address

4. How We Collect Information

We collect data through: (a) website forms, (b) WhatsApp chats, (c) email, (d) cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8), and (e) third-party integrations (payment gateways, horoscope software).

• No retention of sensitive data on the host server; storage is isolated in secured Google cloud backups

10. Data Breach Protocol

If we become aware of a security incident:

1. Contain and assess the breach with Hostinger/Cloudflare support
2. Notify affected users, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), and other authorities within 72 hours, as required
3. Provide guidance on protective steps users should take
4. Remediate vulnerabilities and document corrective measures

11. User Rights & Accuracy of Birth Details

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data by emailing [email protected].
If you supplied incorrect birth details and later require an updated reading, a new paid session will be necessary.

12. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as required for the purposes stated in Section 5 or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your birth information at any time; we will erase it from our software and backups unless retention is mandated by law (e.g., tax records).
