Health and Ayurveda
Ayurveda is our ancient system of the science of life and medicine. Health and Ayurveda are inextricably linked. Good health starts with proper digestion and metabolism of the food. It encourages us to live our lives healthily and vibrantly. It is based on the fact that the human body is made up of four elements namely, water, air, fire, and earth with each of these elements present in adequate proportions in each of us.
To lead a healthy life, we must follow the basic principles that Ayurveda teaches us:
