The Mastermind of La Fiesta Catering services ,Sudipto Karmakar, having in-depth knowledge in food & beverage from around the world started the business under The Registration of “Tripti Food Factory”, Sudipto is an Hotel Management graduate and have had very rich Work experience with giant hotel chains like The Oberoi hotels & Taj group of Hotel & resort etc. During his career in Hotel indutry he had worked for hhotel chaims like Taj Hotels & Oberoi Hotels, His first job was at Taj Bengal Hotel’s banquet and from there he had gather great experience about banqueting & Catering, within a very short period of time he got promoted to Taj Bengal’s corporate club The Chamber’s where the members are Crèm de la Crèm of corporate world are pampered with the butler service, during his period at Taj Bengal hotel Sudipto co-ordinated many indoor and outdoor catering from Taj Bengal Banquet and thus the passion for outdoor catering services took place, Sudipto also acquired healthy work experience with two renowned cruise companies of the world “The Carnival Corporation UK” & a six star luxury liner “Silver-sea Cruises” during which he learned about international cuisines and Beverages, he worked for cruise industries for 6 long years before he finally decided to start his own catering business in Kolkata.
